Thanksgiving Plays

Caroline's class worked very hard this year to put on two plays for parents, classmates and other classes within the school. Caroline also was selected to share some facts about Thanksgiving before the performances began.
The play Caroline was in was titled "Arthur's Thanksgiving." It was about a play that was going to be put on and someone needed to be the turkey. Caroline's role was Narrator 2. She was very excited that her friend, Walker, was Narrator 1.
All of the children did a fantastic job of memorizing their lines. They did a morning and afternoon performance. There was a misplaced prop near the end of the play that I though might bring Caroline to tears -- she is a bit of a perfectionist (just like her mother!) They played it off and continued to the end. We were very proud of our new thespian!!
