Happy Fadder's Day!!

And just in case you were wondering, that wasn't a typo...I just wanted to remember the way Elizabeth said "Fadder's" instead of "Father's". We had a pretty relaxed Father's Day, which was nice as we'd had a couple of pretty busy weeks and weekends. Morning at church and the rest of the day was hanging out at home.
Daddy and his girls. Elizabeth had just gotten in trouble, so she was still a bit teary eyed. It was nearly nap time.
Daddy and his blue eyed kiddos!
and the brown-eyes all together!

Daddy and his boys! They all wore matching outfits. I love that David is willing to go along with all my matching outfits! It's a whole lotta yellow! Considering some of the get-ups he likes to do (remember Long John Silvers pirate style??), I think my ideas are pretty lame!

David is such a great father! He is definitely a family man and puts us ahead of work. We love that he would much rather be with us than at work! He loves reading to our kiddos, introducing them to all varieties of comic book characters (meaning Star Wars/Clone Wars, X-Men, Thundercats, Spiderman, etc.), tickle wrestling (a favorite for all -- especially Caroline!), taking them on dates and buddy trips to the hardware store. Our girls are just as interested in the "boy" stuff if it means spending time with Daddy!

Our kiddos are so very lucky to have such a great daddy! And I am pretty lucky, too, to have such great father for our kiddos!

Happy Father's Day, David!!
