Somebody's gettin' old....

Way back when I was just a 20-something, single gal living at the "Babe Lair" and dating a handsome young man, I told him that I wanted to grow old with him. Little did I know how quickly that would happen...
And we are looking pretty rockin' for our age, if I must say so myself!

Actually, we were celebrating a family milestone birthday. David's cousin, Allison, turned 30 this year! Her sweet husband had told her they were going to go out for dinner, but she received the surprise of her life when she answered her door and found this ragamuffin group standing on the sidewalk!

In a true Cribbs' spirit, we all got fixed up for the occasion! There were lots of threats about pocketbooks, but I think we all ended up going home with all our own possessions....

David really thinks his mother looks like his Aunt Elizabeth in this one. You can make a man old, but you can't take away the gangsta inside!

We had enough canes and walkers for all the kiddos! It would have been fun to get them all decked out, but with a lack of time it wasn't possible....maybe next time!
