When I was a little girl, every year for Christmas after we'd spend the day at my grandparents in Cleveland, we'd be "surprised" with a trip to see an ice skating show. It is one of my favorite childhood memories. I can't really tell you any of the particular shows I remember seeing, but I remember it being a fun time with something we all enjoyed. That love of watching ice skating is still in me today. I'd come across a deal this week (of course, you'd know there'd be a deal involved!) to get tickets half price. Since there are 6 of us, this could have been a pretty pricey outing! We also pre-warned the kids that we were not going to be buying any souveniers. They had a Buzz toy that lit up and spun around for a measly $20. You do the math x 4 kids -- YIKES!! Instead, we took lots of pictures and made some great memories!Friday, January 21, 2011
