Where has the last year gone?!? It seems like a blur in my mind...and most of the end of 2008 truly was a blur due to having a newborn and lack of sleep mixed in with holiday activites.

Opening presents was a fun-filled event. I think that the other kids had more fun 'helping' open his presents!

Today, we celebrated our sweet Matthew. He weighed in at 23 pounds 8 ounces. Daddy was home with us today. The middle kiddos and I went to BSF while Matthew napped at home with Daddy. It was a pretty relaxed day. The weather was pretty crummy -- rainy and gloomy. We went out tonight to Max & Erma's to celebrate Matthew's first birthday. We had fun telling jokes and laughing together.
