Five Months!

Matthew turned 5 months old today! He weighed in at 16 lbs. 8 ozs and was roughly 27 1/2 inches long. Not much change from when we went to the dr. for his 4 month check up. He is an awfully sweet boy! He loves his siblings and they feel the same way about him. It's fun to watch the older ones start to "play" with him more. He always gives them great big gummy grins.

We've had a busy week....he and Elizabeth are now roommates (no, they don't share a crib -- she was just helping to wake him up),

he's started eating cereal

and now he's rolling all over the place. That is when Elizabeth's not stepping (really in her mind she's loving) on him.

This weekend was the big children's resale that we participate in. It was my first year as a seller and working at a sale. It was fun! We also just found out that Caroline will have uniforms for school next year, so I was able to purchase alot of appropriate items that will have us set for the start of school in the fall since the next sale isn't until about a month after school starts. It was nearly like Christmas today as I pull out all the clothes that I purchased for the older two kids -- unfortunately for the younger two, they will just get hand-me-downs! I've not found out what my proceeds were from the sale, but I do know that our stroller/car seat combo sold this morning! Yeah! That frees up quite a bit of space in the attic!

We've got an extended weekend with David being off the beginning of next week to celebrate our baby girl turning 2!! Stay tuned for a birthday post the beginning of next week!
