April 15th is not always a fun day for some people. For us, it's just another day...our taxes were done back in February! I know, I'm an ex-accountant, what can I say! We are planning to celebrate by heading to Maggie Moo's for free ice cream after dinner -- who can pass up free ice cream?? Not this chickie, that's for sure!
Also, it's another big day in our extended family -- my oldest niece is 17 today. It doesn't seem like I'm old enough to have a niece that old, right?? I'm guessing my brother sure doesn't feel old enough to have a child that old either. Before I know it, I'll be saying that my oldest child is 17! YIKES! It's hard enough to swallow that she's nearly 6!!
Just the other day sweet Caroline asked if she and Jonathan would still be brother and sister after they are married. They have such a sweet relationship with one another -- most of the time!
